Toronto-based singer-songwriter Ivan Rivers, a self-proclaimed “Celebrated Folk Icon,” presents their new EP, I GIVE — a four-track exploration of giving everything, giving in, and giving up. Produced by Emmett O'Reilly (PKEW PKEW PKEW, Respire), the EP blends modern Americana, alt-country, and contemporary folk with sharp emotional detail and an indie-rock sensibility, earning comparisons to Zach Bryan, Tyler Childers, Courtney Marie Andrews, Jason Isbell, and Conor Oberst.

Raised in Huron County, Rivers has built a reputation for heartfelt folk songs and poignant lyrics. With five solo releases and three albums with Toronto indie-punk band Stuck Out Here, Rivers is a familiar face in Toronto’s music scene, frequently performing at venues like the Cameron House, Dakota Tavern, and Baby G, while also hosting events at popular spots like The 222 and The Bell and The Beacon.
