Growing up in Stratford, Ontario, Lauren has always been surrounded by incredible artists and musicians. She began taking guitar lessons and vocal training from Dayna Manning at the age of 12, and quickly realized that music would be her lifelong passion.

Lauren's journey in music has seen her perform at various local venues, fundraisers, and markets. When she's not perfecting her next cover, she's writing  original songs or teaching guitar lessons to young girls, inspiring them to fall in love with music just as she did. Currently studying Community Music at Wilfrid Laurier University, Lauren, at just 18, has already developed a strong passion and confidence in her performance and songwriting.
