About the event
Join us at The Bunker Performance Lounge & Cafe on April 26th for the second installment of our Spring Songwriter Session series.
Beginning at 8 PM, immerse yourself in an evening of live music featuring three talented songwriters. Admission is free, so gather your friends and family for a night of exceptional performances.
Songwriters:
Neil Little, a distinguished singer-songwriter from Stratford, Ontario, has been on a musical journey since the age of 12. Crafting his own material from an early age, Neil recorded his inaugural solo EP in 2019, followed by his second solo album, 'An Echo Gone,' produced entirely within his residence. Neil has graced stages across Southern Ontario, opening for acclaimed artists and achieving recognition at the 7th Siding Film Festival in British Columbia. Currently creating new material, Neil blends alt-folk acoustic compositions with nuanced electric guitar work, promising an engaging performance.
Rita Visser, a storyteller at heart, invites you to join her around the figurative campfire with her warm and genuine voice. Raised on the shores of Lake Superior, Rita's music reflects her deep connection to nature and her Canadian roots. From reflective ballads to upbeat tunes, Rita's songs resonate with pure emotion and sincerity, painting vivid images of life in the Great White North. Experience the serenity and power of Canada's lakeside landscapes through Rita's melodic storytelling.
Echo Theory Project, is a project of Chris that has evolved significantly by embracing the singer-songwriter approach. Chris has been performing in the Niagara region for over 30 years, playing in bands such as Tin Cup Saloon, Soul Syndicate, and Superfluous to name a few. Now working on the Echo Theory Project, the music is now acoustically driven and has become more personal, giving the songs a raw vulnerability that helps to connect with audiences. "It has become the sounding board of my own musical ideas without limitations" Chris shares.
